Laura lives in CT with her husband and their daughter. Laura is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is clinically trained in Trauma as well as in Adoption.  Laura started her career working at Child and Family Agency in New London as an In-home Clinician, then became the Director of In-home services.  After working at CFA, Laura went into private practice working intensively with families with adopted children, adult adoptees as well as others who had experienced various traumas in their lives. For the past three years Laura has also worked as a School Social Worker.  In this role, she continued her work with adopted children, children who have and or are currently experiencing trauma, children of military families as well as some students whose parents are currently undergoing cancer treatment.

Laura looks forward to the opportunity to expand Community Health Initiatives into the state of CT.  She is excited that she is given the chance to share her wealth of knowledge with the community and state that she lives in!
